Bio

Prof. Anumita Joshi has completed her Master's in Clinical Psychology from SPPU and her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI Registered) from Amity University, Mumbai. She has worked as a mental health professional specializing in the mental health needs of adolescents and young adults. She handled clients with diagnoses of Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Personality Disorders. As a clinical psychologist, she has an eclectic approach to therapy and specializes in enhancing the self-esteem of adults, addressing anxiety issues, stress management, managing interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships, promoting a growth mindset, and designing coping mechanisms. Previously she used to work as a visiting faculty for Psychology along with practicing at a clinic as a clinical psychologist. Currently, she is working at Sri Balaji University, Pune in the School of Liberal Arts.
